Guild Members intent
Present Mic receives member join, leave, and update events to send immediate welcome/departure messages, execute onboarding and safety workflows, check current roles, maintain member/role automations and rewards, and support staff moderation. These functions are event-driven; an interaction or occasional on-demand lookup cannot replace a real-time join or leave event.
Message Content intent
Present Mic passively evaluates messages in channels where the server has granted it access so the active Moderator feature can detect spam, prohibited terms, unsafe links, and other server-rule violations. Message Content is also required for XP/levels based on ordinary conversation, legacy/custom prefix commands, and message-triggered automations. Slash commands cannot replace passive safety scanning or chat-activity XP.
Ambient message content is not used by the MHA: Beyond team to train machine-learning or AI models.
Guild Presences intent
Present Mic is a MEE6 Bot Personalizer custom-bot instance. MEE6's published setup instructions require Presence, Server Members, and Message Content intents for the custom runtime to operate properly. The MHA: Beyond configuration also has the Statistics Channels capability enabled, with presence-dependent aggregate Online Members and Peak Online counter types. Presence is used for service operation and aggregate statistics, not individual profiling, advertising, eligibility decisions, or public status logs.
Handling and safeguards
- The app is installed in the single MHA: Beyond Discord server, has no public installation link configured, and is not promoted as a general-purpose public bot.
- Discord data is used only for configured community moderation, onboarding, engagement, and utility functions.
- MEE6 hosts the bot and may store feature state off-platform; the MHA: Beyond team does not maintain a separate raw-message or individual-presence archive.
- Authorized administrators control the dashboard and Discord permissions. Member-facing data remains limited to configured Discord channels and roles.
- Discord API data is not sold, used for advertising or data-broker services, or used to train AI models by the MHA: Beyond team.
- Users can request access or deletion through an MHA: Beyond administrator or moderator as described in the public Privacy Policy.
