1. Scope and operator
This policy applies only to the Discord application named Present Mic (Discord Application ID 1245422728723300566) as configured for the MHA: Beyond - Fan Game Discord. Present Mic is a single-community utility and moderation bot. It is a customized instance of the MEE6 service using MEE6's Bot Personalizer platform.
The MHA: Beyond community team determines the server features and rules for which Present Mic is used. MEE6 provides and operates the hosted bot infrastructure. Discord provides the underlying communication platform. Present Mic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Discord Inc. or the owners of the My Hero Academia franchise.
2. Discord data the bot processes

3. How the data is used
Present Mic uses Discord data only to deliver and secure the server functions described above. Typical processing includes detecting a member join or departure; sending a configured welcome or staff notice; applying a server moderation rule; checking a member's current roles before an automation; calculating chat-based XP; responding to an authorized command; and updating an aggregate server counter.
No sale, advertising, or independent profiling. The MHA: Beyond team does not sell, license, or share Discord API data with data brokers or advertising networks. It does not use Discord API data for employment, housing, insurance, credit, or other eligibility decisions and does not attempt to infer sensitive traits or relationships.
AI features. If a user intentionally invokes an optional MEE6 AI command or directly prompts an enabled AI interaction, the submitted prompt may be processed by MEE6 to generate the requested response. The MHA: Beyond team does not use ambient Discord messages or command prompts to train or fine-tune machine-learning or AI models. AI-response processing is not the purpose of the Message Content privileged intent.
4. Off-platform processing, storage, and retention
Present Mic is hosted by MEE6, so Discord API data and feature state may be processed or stored on MEE6-operated infrastructure outside Discord. This can include bot configuration, command and moderation settings, level/XP records, member-associated feature state, aggregate statistics, operational logs, and data needed to deliver an enabled feature. The MHA: Beyond team does not operate a separate off-platform archive of raw message content or individual presence history for Present Mic.
Bot messages and moderation records posted into Discord remain subject to the retention and deletion controls of the server and Discord. MEE6-controlled records are retained and deleted under MEE6's service operations and privacy terms. The MHA: Beyond team retains server configuration and moderation evidence only while reasonably needed to operate the community, investigate abuse, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes, and removes it when no longer needed where it has the ability to do so.
Discord's current developer guidance recommends deleting individual user data as soon as possible and generally within 30 days when it is no longer needed. We apply that principle to data under the MHA: Beyond team's direct control. Persistent feature records such as XP, roles, and active moderation history may be kept longer because they are necessary to provide the feature or protect the server.
6. User choices and requests
Present Mic's moderation and safety processing applies consistently to messages posted in server channels where the bot is authorized. A member cannot selectively opt out of those safety checks while continuing to post there. Users can avoid optional commands and AI features, remove their own messages where Discord permits, leave the server, or use Discord's block and privacy controls.
To request access, correction, or deletion of data associated with Present Mic, or to report a privacy or safety issue, join the MHA: Beyond Discord and contact an administrator or moderator. Include your Discord user ID and the request you want handled; do not send a password, bot token, authentication code, or other credential. We will verify the request and act on data under our control, and will direct or forward requests involving MEE6-controlled systems when appropriate.
7. Security and access controls
Bot configuration access is restricted to authorized server administrators through Discord and MEE6 account controls. The bot is limited to the channels, roles, and permissions configured by the server. We use role-based access, Discord permissions, audit/moderation channels, and account-security controls to reduce unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security; suspected unauthorized access is investigated and affected users and Discord will be notified when required.
8. Age requirements
Present Mic is intended only for people permitted to use Discord under Discord's Terms and applicable law. The bot is not intended to collect information from anyone below Discord's minimum age. If you believe an underage person has provided data through the server, report it to the moderator team.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Present Mic's features, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate MHA: Beyond server channel when reasonably possible.
